This house sat vacant for 10 years. During that time it had been placed on the list to be demolished by the City of Indianapolis and had become an eye sore in the neighborhood. The owner had intentions of rehabbing it but after 10 years he realized that was not going to happen. We met the owner one day while he was cleaning it out and negotiated a deal to purchase it. The neighbors were so happy to see this home become beautiful and occupied again.
