We fell in love with this prairie style four square the first time we saw it.  The owner had passed away and left the home to his 7 children.  They were all in agreement to sell it.  The property sat vacant for about 4 years and once the rehab started, the ugliest house on the block became the most beautiful.  The previous owners were all invited back to see the transformation when the project was finished.
